End User License Agreement
Last updated: August 18, 2026
ORION Tweaks is operated by Orion Tweaks LLC, a limited liability company formed on August 14, 2026 under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. In this document, “ORION Tweaks,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Orion Tweaks LLC.
Please read section 12 before you buy
Section 12 contains a binding arbitration agreement and a class-action waiver. Unless you opt out within 30 days, you and Orion Tweaks LLC agree to resolve most disputes by individual arbitration rather than in court, and both of us give up the right to a jury trial and the right to take part in a class or representative action. How to opt out. These limits do not apply where the law where you live does not allow them, and they never override your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using ORION Tweaks ("the Software"), you agree to this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software. The Software also shows this agreement on first launch and requires your acceptance before use.
2. License grant
Orion Tweaks LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on the number of devices permitted by your tier (ORION Free: 1 device/free catalog tier; ORION Pro: 1 device; ORION Elite: up to 3 devices). Your ORION account and the plan held on it are personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or transferred without the written permission of Orion Tweaks LLC.
3. Prohibited uses
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
- Share, resell, or redistribute your account credentials or the plan held on your account;
- Bypass, crack, or circumvent the licensing system;
- Use the Software on more devices than your license permits.
4. System modifications & assumption of risk
ORION modifies Windows settings only when you choose to apply a specific tweak. Every change is shown in plain language before it runs. Supported changes capture their prior state first and are designed to be reversible from the rollback journal; one-shot cleanup actions, such as deleting rebuildable caches, have no deterministic restore target and are labelled separately. By applying any tweak you acknowledge that:
- Modifying Windows carries inherent risk, and you apply each tweak voluntarily and at your own risk;
- Advanced and performance tweaks (including disabling Virtualization-Based Security / Memory Integrity, and scheduler, power, GPU, and registry tweaks) knowingly trade some security hardening or stability margin for performance, are clearly marked, and are enabled at your sole discretion;
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orion Tweaks LLC is not liable for any hardware failure, data loss, security incident, instability, or other damages arising from your decision to apply, or not apply, any tweak;
- You are responsible for your own backups; ORION's snapshot/revert is a convenience, not a guarantee of recovery in every scenario.
5. Anti-cheat
ORION modifies Windows system settings only; it does not inject into game processes or modify game files. ORION labels each tweak's known anti-cheat compatibility, but you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the terms of any games you play.
6. Warranty & liability
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Orion Tweaks LLC shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. Nothing here excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded where you live, and nothing affects the statutory guarantees a consumer has for digital content that is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
7. Eligibility, age & authority to contract
Using the Software. You must be at least 16 years old, or older where the age of digital consent where you live is higher, to hold an ORION account and use the Software. Someone aged 13 to 15 may use it only where a parent or legal guardian set up the account, accepted this agreement on their behalf, and supervises that use. The Software is not directed to children under 13.
Buying a plan. Buying is a contract, and contracts entered into by minors are voidable in most places - in Georgia, where Orion Tweaks LLC is formed, the age of majority is 18. The person who buys a plan and holds the paying account must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher, and must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Otherwise a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase, hold the account and accept this agreement; that adult is the contracting party and is responsible for payment and for the minor's use.
Exceptions. If you are an emancipated minor, or the law where you live otherwise gives you full capacity to contract earlier, you may buy in your own name and by doing so you represent that this is the case. Where local law sets a different threshold for buying digital content, that law applies to you instead. If a purchase is made in breach of this section we may ask for reasonable evidence and may cancel and refund it; telling us is not penalised.
8. EU/UK right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you keep your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for digital content. Activating the Software does not end it: ORION does not ask you to waive that right, and does not treat installing or signing in as a waiver. Because the Software is not yet delivered when you pay, the 14 days run from delivery - the date a usable build is made available to you - and you may also cancel at any time before delivery for a full refund. See the Refund Policy for how to withdraw. Your mandatory rights for faulty or misdescribed software are unaffected, and a download pause does not change those rights.
9. Updates & termination
We may update the Software and this agreement; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance, and material changes are surfaced in-app for re-acceptance. This license terminates automatically if you breach it. Upon termination you must stop using and delete the Software. If you want to undo ORION-applied changes, use the app's revert controls before deleting the Software or contact support for help.
10. Subscription, billing & what “Lifetime” means
Monthly and yearly plans are automatically renewing subscriptions billed through Stripe at the price and interval shown at checkout until you cancel, and you can cancel in a single step from your account page. Your subscription term starts on delivery - the date a usable build is made available to you - so no billing period runs against you while the Software is still pre-release, and cancelling before delivery refunds everything.
“Lifetime” means the service life of the ORION Tweaks product, for as long as Orion Tweaks LLC offers and supports it. It does not mean your lifetime, and it is not a promise that the company or the product will exist forever. A Lifetime licence carries no expiry date and is never billed again, but it is tied to your ORION account and depends on periodic online authorization. If we discontinue ORION Tweaks or shut down that authorization service, we will give Lifetime holders at least 90 days' notice by email and publish a build that lets already-registered devices keep running without online authorization; if we cannot, we will offer a refund that is fair in the circumstances. The full definition is in Terms of Service section 4.
11. User content & reviews
Reviews, community posts, support messages, bug reports and chat you submit remain yours. You grant Orion Tweaks LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence - sublicensable only to the providers who host and deliver our services - to store, reproduce, display and distribute that content in order to operate, moderate, support and promote ORION Tweaks. You confirm you have the rights to submit it and that it breaks no law. We may remove content that breaks our content rules, and we terminate repeat copyright infringers.
We never require, request or reward a positive review, and no discount, credit, refund or support outcome is ever conditioned on the rating you leave. We do not delete, hide or suppress honest negative reviews. Anyone who received something of value connected to a review must disclose it. The full policy, the DMCA notice and counter-notice process, and the Referral & Creator Program Terms are linked from the Terms of Service.
12. Governing law & dispute resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules - without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules where you habitually reside.
After a 60-day informal resolution period that starts with a Notice of Dispute to support@oriontweaks.com, you and Orion Tweaks LLC agree to resolve disputes by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Hearings are held by telephone or video unless you ask for an in-person hearing near where you live; Orion Tweaks LLC pays the AAA fees above the consumer cap for claims of $10,000 or less. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to class or representative actions.
Small-claims cases, intellectual-property injunctions, and claims that law says cannot be arbitrated are excluded. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by emailing support@oriontweaks.com with the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out”; opting out changes nothing else about your account or plan. Consumers in the EU, EEA, UK and other jurisdictions whose law does not allow these terms keep the right to sue in their local courts. The complete clause, including fees, severability and the exact opt-out wording, is Terms of Service section 20 and governs if this summary and that section differ.
