We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you change your mind, you can request a full refund any time within 7 days of purchase as long as you have not yet activated your license key. Activating a key unlocks the full software, so once a key is activated that purchase is considered delivered and is final (except for the verified-fault and statutory rights described below). When you cancel a subscription or uninstall the Software, the ORION Engine automatically reverts every tweak it applied and returns Windows to its prior state, so you are never left with unwanted changes.
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, this right ends once delivery begins with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal. At checkout you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge this; that consent is confirmed in your purchase email. Where the right still applies, contact us within 14 days and we will process an eligible refund.
If a verified technical fault prevents ORION from functioning on your system and we cannot resolve it, contact us on Discord. Any refund approved at our discretion is processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Subscriptions can be cancelled any time and remain active until the end of the current billing period. Lifetime licenses are a one-time purchase with no recurring charges. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of past charges except as required by law or under this policy.
