Refund Policy

ORION Tweaks is operated by Orion Tweaks LLC, a limited liability company formed on August 14, 2026 under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. In this document, “ORION Tweaks,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Orion Tweaks LLC.

1. Digital delivery, and what “delivered” means here

ORION Tweaks is digital software. Your plan is written to your ORION account at checkout and confirmed by email and on the checkout confirmation screen; the installer is a separate official download.

Delivery is the date we make a usable build of the Software available to you and tell you, at the email address on your account, how to obtain it. Delivery is the event every deadline on this page is measured from, and the date is recorded against your order so you can check it. Until delivery happens, nothing has been delivered - whatever your plan says on your account page.

2. 7-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee: you can request a full refund any time within 7 days of delivery, as long as you have not yet registered a PC to your account. Signing in to the app binds your plan to a device and unlocks the paid software, so once a device is registered that purchase is considered used and is final - except for the verified-fault and statutory rights below.

Cancellation stops future subscription billing and the backend deactivates access when Stripe reports the subscription ended; it does not automatically change Windows settings. You can revert ORION-applied tweaks from inside the app before uninstalling or before access ends.

3. Pre-release and beta purchases

ORION Tweaks is in active development and there is no public installer yet. Buying now reserves your plan and enrols you in the beta testing program. Because nothing has been delivered:

• You can cancel at any time before delivery and get every penny back, for any reason or none, with no deadline to beat.
• Your subscription term does not start, and no billing period runs against you, until delivery.
• The 7-day guarantee then begins on the delivery date, so you get a full week with a build in your hands.
• The EU/EEA/UK 14-day right of withdrawal in section 4 also runs from delivery, and is longer still.

If you decide ORION is not for you while you are waiting, just tell us - see section 7.

4. EU / EEA / UK right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase of digital content. For digital content that right can be ended early, but only if you give prior express consent and acknowledge that you are losing it - and ORION does not ask you for that consent at all. You keep the full 14 days, counted from delivery, and you may also cancel at any point before delivery.

To withdraw, tell us within the period by any clear statement: the support form, or an email to support@oriontweaks.com with your order or session ID saying you withdraw from your purchase. No reason is needed. We acknowledge your notice without delay and refund every payment you made, by the same means you paid, within 14 days of being told. You may use the statutory model withdrawal form, but you do not have to. Your order confirmation email says the right is retained, and the record is kept with your licence. This sits alongside the 7-day guarantee rather than replacing it - whichever gives you more, you get.

5. Verified technical faults

If a verified technical fault prevents ORION from functioning on your system and we cannot resolve it, contact us through the support page or Discord. Any refund approved at our discretion is processed within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on Stripe and your payment provider. This is separate from, and additional to, your statutory rights for digital content that is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

6. Lifetime & subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled any time from your account page under “Manage billing or cancel,” which opens Stripe's billing portal in a single step; support can also cancel for you. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of past charges except as required by law or under this policy.

Lifetime licenses are a one-time purchase with no recurring charges. “Lifetime” means the service life of the ORION Tweaks product - see Terms of Service section 4 for the full definition, including what happens if the product or its authorization service is ever discontinued. The same 7-day-from-delivery guarantee and statutory withdrawal rights apply to a Lifetime purchase.

7. How to request a refund

Contact us through the support page or our Discord server with your purchase email and order/session ID, and whether you have signed in to the app on a PC yet. We respond as quickly as we can and aim to resolve refund requests fairly and without escalation.
