By downloading, installing, or using ORION Tweaks ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
ORION Tweaks grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on the number of devices permitted by your subscription tier:
Your license key is personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to another person without written permission from ORION Tweaks.
You may not:
Monthly and yearly subscriptions are billed automatically through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you retain access until then.
Lifetime licenses are a one-time purchase with no recurring charges and no expiration date.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.
All purchases are final. ORION Tweaks delivers its full functionality immediately upon activation, so we do not offer routine refunds. When you cancel a subscription or uninstall the Software, the ORION Engine automatically reverts every tweak it applied and returns Windows to its prior state.
In cases of a verified technical fault that prevents ORION from functioning on your system, contact us on Discord. Any refund approved at our sole discretion is processed within 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.
ORION Tweaks modifies Windows system settings on your behalf. While every tweak is researched, tested, and reversible, you acknowledge that:
ORION Tweaks modifies Windows system-level settings only. It does not inject code into game processes, modify game files, or interact with anti-cheat software. ORION marks all tweaks with their known anti-cheat compatibility status. However, you accept responsibility for verifying that your use of ORION complies with the terms of service of any games you play.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ORION TWEAKS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENTS WILL BE ACHIEVED ON YOUR HARDWARE CONFIGURATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORION TWEAKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR LICENSE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We reserve the right to update the Software and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after a Terms update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or in-app notification.
We may terminate your license immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies, and the ORION Engine will revert any tweaks it applied. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
ORION Tweaks collects minimal data:
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except Stripe (payment processing). You may request deletion of any stored data by contacting us on Discord.
All network tests (Network Analyzer, ping tests) are fully local. No results leave your machine.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
