Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

ORION Tweaks aims for the website to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, or browser zoom. We target WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA success criteria as our working standard, but we have not completed a formal third-party conformance audit, so we describe this as an ongoing target rather than a certified conformance claim.

What's already in place

Every page includes a "Skip to content" link as the first focusable element, so keyboard users can bypass repeated navigation.
Automated WCAG 2.2 A/AA checks (via axe-core) run in continuous integration on every website change and block serious/critical violations from shipping.
Interactive elements use semantic HTML and ARIA labelling (buttons, form controls, and icon-only actions carry accessible names).
Pages use a single top-level heading with a logical heading hierarchy beneath it.
Motion-sensitive elements (like the support chat's animated nudge) respect prefers-reduced-motion and stay static for users who request it.

Known limitations

This is an active work in progress, not a finished state. Known gaps we're tracking include inconsistent color-contrast coverage across less-visited pages, and dynamically-rendered account/checkout forms whose labels we verify at runtime rather than in static markup. We do not currently publish a line-by-line WCAG conformance table.

The desktop app

The Windows desktop application supports keyboard navigation, screen readers, focus states, high-contrast themes, and DPI scaling. Accessibility work on the desktop app follows the same "report an issue, we fix it" model described below, separate from this website statement.

Reporting an accessibility issue

If you hit a barrier using this website or the desktop app, tell us. Reach out through ORION Discord or the support page with the page or feature, what assistive technology you were using, and what happened. We treat accessibility reports like any other bug report and prioritize fixes that block someone from using the product.
