Common questions
How do I get paid?
Rewards are added as account credit. Click "Redeem credit for a promo code" above any time you have a balance to get a Stripe promo code instantly, or contact support if you'd rather they handle it.
Is there a limit?
No limit. Invite as many friends as you like. Every upgrade earns you $10.
When does it count?
Your friend opens your link, agrees to let us store the referral code in their browser, and upgrades to a paid plan within 90 days. If they decline that prompt we cannot attribute the referral - the code is not stored and nothing is sent to us. One reward per referred customer, and a reward is reversed if the payment behind it is refunded or charged back.
Can I refer myself?
No. A purchase made by the account that owns the code earns nothing, and duplicate or suspicious conversions are held for review instead of being paid. The full rules are in the Referral & Creator Program Terms.
I make content. Is there a creator program?
Yes - creators get their own coupon code that gives their audience 10% off and pays cash commission rather than account credit, at a rate that rises as you bring in more customers. Email support@oriontweaks.com to apply, and read the disclosure rules first: if you are paid to promote ORION, you have to say so. Already have a code? Your figures are on the creator dashboard.
